Payment Policy: A 30% payment fee is required upon order placement. This fee is intended to ensure the financial security of our artists in the event of an order cancellation due to no fault of their own. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. This is non refundable after work has commenced.
Copyright Ownership: The copyright for all commissioned work belongs to the client upon receipt of full payment. The client has the right to utilize, reproduce, or distribute the commissioned work as they see fit.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Harthouse Heroes commits to signing and providing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the client's work. This ensures that any sensitive information or proprietary content shared with Harthouse Heroes remains confidential and is not disclosed to any third party without the client's explicit consent.
Delivery of Work: Harthouse Heroes will deliver the completed work to the client within the agreed-upon timeframe. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly to the client.
Revisions: The client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.
Amendments: These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Harthouse Heroes. Clients will be notified of any modifications made to these terms.
